Today our first reading from Paul is showing us that our allegiance is to Jesus.

Today our first reading from Paul is showing us that our allegiance is to Jesus. He warns us about being too worldly and expecting to much in this world. Our Gospel tells us to surround ourselves with people that will bring us to a place of growth through Grace. The Grace experience is recognizing how God has embraced us with His love. Grace allows us to see that Love is shown to us by the people who encourage us and care for us. Like a seed that needs nurturing so to our lives. We need to surround ourselves with people that will lift us up and not pull us down. We need to be a person that is positive…seeking solutions and not pointing out problems. Grace will open our eyes to help us with discerning our approach to the world. Grace gives us the stamina when we are at our wits end. Grace gives us the comfort we need exactly when we need it. Grace comes to us through so many avenues. Come & See the goodness of the Lord and make sure you continually see the goodness in all things. Grace is a free gift given to you to do just that. Happy Lent!

Blessings,
